Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Efixer mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Liconte ("we," "us," or "our").
Description of Service
Efixer is an AI-powered utility that helps users diagnose technical issues. The App allows users to upload screenshots or photos of device errors, which are analyzed by Artificial Intelligence (Google Gemini API) to generate troubleshooting steps. The App also provides location-based services to find third-party repair experts.
Subscriptions and Free Trial
3.1. Premium Features
Purchase of a subscription ("Efixer Premium") is required to access:

3.2. Subscription Plans & Pricing
We offer the following auto-renewing subscription options:
Weekly Subscription: $2.99 per week
Monthly Subscription: $6.99 per month
Yearly Subscription: $29.99 per year (Best Value)
Prices may vary by location and are subject to change.
3.3. Free Trial
A 3-day free trial is available for select subscription plans (specifically the Monthly and Yearly plans).
Weekly Plan: Does NOT include a free trial. Payment is charged immediately upon confirmation.
Monthly/Yearly Plans: You will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to the paid plan selected at checkout.
Forfeiture: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
3.4. Billing and Cancellation (Apple Standard Terms)
Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the selected plan.
Management: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on your iOS device after purchase.
User Conduct and Content Restrictions
4.1. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes related to technical repair and troubleshooting.
4.2. Prohibited Content
Our AI system enforces strict content moderation. You are strictly prohibited from uploading images containing:
Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as credit cards, IDs, or passwords.
Nudity, sexual content, or pornography.
Violence, weapons, or self-harm.
Medical or health records.
Hate speech, profanity, or harassment.
Illegal drugs or substances.
Violation Policy: If our system detects prohibited content, the image will be rejected immediately. Repeated violations may result in the termination of your account.

5.1. AI Accuracy
The troubleshooting advice provided by Efixer is generated by Artificial Intelligence. Efixer does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or completeness of these guides.
Use at Your Own Risk: You are solely responsible for any repairs you attempt.
No Professional Advice: The App is not a substitute for certified professional repair services. We are not liable for any damage to your devices or personal injury.
5.2. Third-Party Maps and Experts
The "Find Nearby Experts" feature displays third-party businesses via Apple Maps or Google Maps. We do not endorse, vet, or guarantee the quality of any third-party service provider. Your interactions with these experts are solely between you and them.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App (excluding user-uploaded content) are owned by Liconte. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liconte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or device damage, arising from your use of the App.
Language and Translation
We may provide translated versions of these Terms for your convenience. However, the English version of these Terms is the only legally binding version. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
