These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Liconte LLC (“Liconte,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of the WallPerk mobile application, including its wallpapers, widgets, AI wallpaper creator, image upscaler, video-to-Live-Photo converter, paid features, and related in-app services (collectively, “WallPerk” or the “App”).
These Terms also constitute an end-user license agreement for WallPerk. They apply only to the WallPerk mobile application and services offered inside the App. They do not govern any separate website operated by Liconte LLC.
Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing through, creating an account in, or using WallPerk, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not download or use WallPerk.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use WallPerk.
If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, you may use WallPerk only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Your parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the App.
By using WallPerk, you represent that:
You meet the minimum age requirement.
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms or have valid permission from a parent or guardian.
You are not prohibited from using WallPerk under applicable law.
The information you provide during sign-in or support communications is accurate and lawful.
Accounts and Sign-In
WallPerk may allow you to sign in using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the external account and device used to access WallPerk.
You must not:
Access another person’s account without authorization.
Create an account using false or misleading information.
Sell, transfer, rent, or share access to your WallPerk account.
Use automated methods to create accounts.
Circumvent account restrictions or a prior suspension.
WallPerk does not create a public user profile, and users cannot publicly post wallpapers, images, widgets, or other content inside the App.
If you believe your account or device has been accessed without authorization, contact us promptly at support\@liconte.com.
You may delete your WallPerk account through the account settings inside the App. Deleting the App from your device does not necessarily delete the authentication record associated with your account or cancel an active subscription.
License to Use WallPerk
WallPerk is licensed, not sold, to you.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Liconte LLC grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use WallPerk on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and applicable App Store Usage Rules.
Where permitted by the App Store Usage Rules, WallPerk may also be accessed through Family Sharing, volume purchasing, or other accounts associated with the purchaser.
This license is provided solely so you can use WallPerk for personal, lawful purposes. No ownership interest in WallPerk is transferred to you.
App Features
WallPerk may provide free and paid features, including:
Static 4K and 8K-quality wallpapers
Live wallpapers for compatible iPhone Lock Screens
Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets
Video-to-Live-Photo conversion
AI wallpaper generation
Image upscaling and enhancement
Wallpaper previews, downloads, and setup instructions
Additional styles, tools, and features introduced over time
Some features may require a compatible device, a supported iOS version, Photos permission, an internet connection, an account, or an active WallPerk Pro subscription.
We do not guarantee that every feature, wallpaper, widget, animation, resolution, or output will be available on every device, in every region, or at all times. Live wallpaper behavior is controlled partly by iOS and may vary by iPhone model, system version, settings, and Apple’s platform rules.
WallPerk Content and Intellectual Property
WallPerk and all materials made available by Liconte LLC through the App—including its software, source code, design, interface, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, wallpaper collections, live effects, widget designs, icons, videos, animations, databases, and other content—are owned by or licensed to Liconte LLC and are protected by intellectual-property and other applicable laws.
Except for content you lawfully provide or generate using WallPerk’s creation tools, you may use WallPerk content only for personal display on devices you own or control.
You may not, without prior written permission:
Sell, license, sublicense, rent, or commercially distribute WallPerk content.
Upload or redistribute WallPerk wallpaper collections through another app, website, marketplace, cloud folder, social account, or file-sharing service.
Claim WallPerk content as your own original work.
Remove copyright, trademark, watermark, attribution, or ownership notices.
Create or operate a competing wallpaper, widget, dataset, or content service using WallPerk content.
Scrape, crawl, index, bulk-download, archive, or systematically extract WallPerk content.
Use WallPerk content to train, test, fine-tune, or build an AI or machine-learning model without written permission.
“WallPerk,” associated branding, and Liconte LLC’s logos are trademarks or other protected identifiers of Liconte LLC. These Terms do not grant you permission to use them except as displayed within the App.
User Inputs and Uploaded Content
Certain features allow you to enter a text prompt or select an image or video from your device (“User Input”).
You retain any rights you already hold in your User Input. You grant Liconte LLC and its contracted service providers a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, transmit, reproduce, and technically modify your User Input solely as necessary to provide the feature you request, maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
This limited license ends when the relevant processing is complete, except for temporary technical handling or retention required by a contracted provider, security needs, or applicable law as described in our Privacy Policy.
WallPerk does not provide a public posting or community-sharing feature. User Input submitted through the AI wallpaper creator or image upscaler is processed privately for the requested result.
You represent and warrant that:
You own your User Input or have all permissions necessary to use and submit it.
Your User Input does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
You have permission from identifiable people appearing in submitted images or videos when permission is legally required.
Your submission and intended use comply with these Terms and applicable law.
AI Wallpaper Creator
The AI wallpaper creator uses a third-party artificial-intelligence service to generate an image based on your instructions.
AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, offensive, unsuitable, or similar to results generated for other users. AI results are created probabilistically and are not guaranteed to be unique.
Liconte LLC does not guarantee that an AI-generated result:
Is original or eligible for copyright protection.
Does not resemble existing artwork, characters, brands, people, or other protected material.
Is appropriate for your intended use.
Is free from errors, artifacts, or unwanted elements.
Can lawfully be used commercially in every jurisdiction.
As between you and Liconte LLC, and to the extent permitted by applicable law and third-party terms, you may use an AI-generated wallpaper returned to you for lawful personal purposes. You are responsible for reviewing the result and determining whether your use is lawful and appropriate.
You must not use the AI wallpaper creator to generate or facilitate:
Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or abusive content.
Child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors.
Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual exploitation.
Threats, harassment, stalking, defamation, or hateful abuse.
Terrorism, violent extremism, or instructions for serious wrongdoing.
Content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
Deceptive impersonation or misleading content presented as authentic evidence.
The likeness of a real person without the permissions required by law.
Attempts to identify a person or infer private or sensitive information from an image.
Attempts to bypass safety systems, filters, usage limits, or content restrictions.
We may refuse a request, limit access, or suspend AI features when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with service-provider requirements, maintain safety, or follow applicable law.
Image Upscaler
The image upscaler processes an image you select to create an enhanced or higher-resolution result. Upscaling cannot guarantee the recovery of details that were not present in the original image, and the output may contain visual artifacts, altered details, or other imperfections.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit and use an image. You must not use the upscaler to infringe another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
WallPerk does not claim ownership of your source image or upscaled result. Your use of an external processing service may also be subject to that provider’s applicable terms.
Video-to-Live-Photo Converter
WallPerk’s video-to-Live-Photo conversion occurs entirely on your device. You are responsible for the videos you select and for ensuring that you have the legal right to use and convert them.
You must not use the converter to copy, distribute, or misuse protected or unlawful content. WallPerk does not grant you rights to any video, music, artwork, performance, or other material you did not already have permission to use.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use WallPerk only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
Violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, or third-party agreement.
Use WallPerk to harm, exploit, threaten, deceive, harass, or impersonate another person.
Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Introduce malware, malicious code, corrupted files, or harmful material.
Probe, scan, test, disable, overload, disrupt, or compromise WallPerk or its infrastructure.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, modify, or attempt to derive WallPerk’s source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Circumvent subscriptions, paywalls, usage limits, content filters, access controls, or security measures.
Use bots, scripts, scrapers, automated systems, or unauthorized software to access WallPerk.
Collect information about other users or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, databases, or networks.
Resell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to WallPerk.
Use WallPerk in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on the App or interferes with another person’s use.
Misrepresent that Liconte LLC sponsors, endorses, or approves you or your content.
We may investigate suspected violations and take reasonable action, including restricting features, suspending access, terminating accounts, preserving relevant records, or cooperating with lawful authorities.
WallPerk Pro, Subscriptions, and Purchases
WallPerk may offer auto-renewable subscriptions, free trials, introductory offers, promotional offers, or one-time purchases through the App Store.
Pricing and purchase confirmation
The subscription duration, features, price, currency, and any trial or promotional terms are displayed before you confirm a purchase. Prices may vary by country or region and may include applicable taxes.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
Automatic renewal
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically for the displayed subscription period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. The renewal charge will be based on the subscription price then in effect, subject to any notice or consent required by the App Store or applicable law.
Managing or canceling a subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the App Store indicates otherwise.
Deleting your WallPerk account, deleting the App, signing out, or ceasing to use WallPerk does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. You must cancel through your App Store subscription settings.
Trials and promotions
Trials and promotional offers may be limited by account, region, eligibility, or time. Unless canceled before the trial ends, a trial may convert into a paid auto-renewable subscription at the price shown when you accepted the offer.
Where permitted, any unused portion of a free trial or promotional period may be forfeited when you purchase another subscription.
Refunds
The App Store processes payments, cancellations, and refund requests. Except where required by law or expressly permitted by the App Store, subscription charges and in-app purchases are non-refundable and are not prorated for partially used periods.
If a refund is issued, access to the corresponding paid features may be revoked.
Changes to paid features
We may add, modify, replace, or discontinue WallPerk Pro features. We will not knowingly remove access already owed for a paid subscription period without providing any remedy required by applicable law or App Store rules.
Advertising
WallPerk may display contextual or non-personalized advertisements. WallPerk does not use your activity for cross-app behavioral tracking.
Advertisements may promote third-party products, services, or content. Liconte LLC does not control and is not responsible for third-party offers, claims, availability, safety, quality, or transactions. Your interaction with an advertiser is between you and that advertiser and may be governed by separate terms.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use WallPerk and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

WallPerk does not store wallpaper or widget likes, AI wallpaper prompts or results, or image-upscaling inputs or results. More information about authentication, device permissions, processing, retention, advertising, and user rights appears in the Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services and Terms
WallPerk relies on or interacts with third-party services for functions such as authentication, AI generation, media processing, database infrastructure, advertising, payments, and App Store distribution.
Your use of those services may be subject to additional third-party terms and privacy policies. You agree to comply with applicable third-party terms when using WallPerk, including the Apple Media Services Terms and the terms that govern your internet or wireless-data service.
Liconte LLC does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their independent acts, omissions, availability, security, content, policies, or changes. Third-party services may be changed, limited, interrupted, or discontinued without our control.
Updates, Availability, and Changes to WallPerk
We may release updates, bug fixes, security patches, new features, or revised versions of WallPerk. Some updates may be required for continued use.
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any free feature, wallpaper collection, widget, integration, or part of WallPerk at any time. We may also impose or adjust reasonable technical or usage limits.
WallPerk may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, network failures, service-provider interruptions, security incidents, technical problems, legal requirements, or events outside our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability.
Feedback
If you voluntarily send us suggestions, ideas, comments, or feedback about WallPerk, you grant Liconte LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise exploit that feedback for any lawful purpose without payment or attribution.
This provision does not give us ownership of images, videos, prompts, or other content submitted solely to use an App feature.
Copyright and Intellectual-Property Complaints
We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe material made available through WallPerk infringes your rights, send a notice to support\@liconte.com containing:
Your name and contact information.
Identification of the protected work or right.
Identification and location of the material you believe is infringing.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.
Your physical or electronic signature.
We may remove or restrict access to disputed material while reviewing a claim. Knowingly submitting a false infringement notice may expose you to liability.
Suspension and Termination
These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or Liconte LLC.
You may stop using WallPerk at any time. You may also delete your account through the App. Stopping use or deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
We may suspend or terminate your access, restrict a feature, or disable an account if we reasonably believe that:
You violated these Terms or applicable law.
Your activity threatens WallPerk, its providers, other users, or third parties.
Your use is fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized.
Suspension is required by a service provider, court order, or government authority.
Continuing to provide access creates legal, security, or operational risk.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue. We may act immediately where necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or protection of rights.
Upon termination, your license to use WallPerk ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property, payment, disclaimer, liability, indemnification, dispute, and miscellaneous provisions—will survive.
Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WALLPERK, ITS CONTENT, AND ALL FEATURES AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
LICONTE LLC DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
WALLPERK WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE.
DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.
WALLPAPERS, WIDGETS, LIVE EFFECTS, AI RESULTS, OR UPSCALED IMAGES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
AI-GENERATED OR ENHANCED CONTENT WILL BE UNIQUE, ACCURATE, LAWFUL FOR EVERY USE, OR FREE FROM THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.
CONTENT WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PERIOD.
WALLPERK WILL WORK WITH EVERY DEVICE, IOS VERSION, SETTING, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE.
YOU USE WALLPERK AND RELY ON ITS OUTPUTS AT YOUR OWN RISK. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THESE DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LICONTE LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, CONTENT, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR DEVICE USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO WALLPERK OR THESE TERMS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICONTE LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO WALLPERK OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR WALLPERK DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
USD $100.
THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY AND EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED THAT DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Liconte LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to:
Your unlawful or unauthorized use of WallPerk.
Your User Input or use of generated or enhanced content.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of law or third-party rights.
Fraud, willful misconduct, or misuse of your account.
This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Liconte LLC’s own unlawful conduct, negligence, or willful misconduct, or where indemnification is prohibited by applicable consumer law.
Governing Law and Courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Except where applicable consumer law permits you to bring a claim elsewhere, you and Liconte LLC agree that disputes arising from or relating to WallPerk or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You and Liconte LLC consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
These Terms do not require binding arbitration and do not waive any right to participate in a class action where such a right otherwise exists under applicable law.
If you live outside the United States, mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country or region may provide additional rights that these Terms cannot remove.
Export and Sanctions Compliance
You may not use, export, re-export, download, or transfer WallPerk in violation of United States export-control, sanctions, or trade laws or any other applicable restrictions.
You represent and warrant that:
You are not located in a country or region subject to a United States Government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism.
You are not listed on a United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Apple-Specific Terms
The following provisions apply because WallPerk is distributed through Apple’s App Store:
Acknowledgment. These Terms are between you and Liconte LLC, not Apple. Liconte LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for WallPerk and its content.
Scope of license. Your license is limited to a non-transferable license to use WallPerk on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and applicable Usage Rules, including any permitted Family Sharing, volume-purchasing, or Legacy Contact use.
Maintenance and support. Liconte LLC is solely responsible for maintenance and support for WallPerk. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
Warranty. To the extent any warranty applies and WallPerk fails to conform to it, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price paid for the App, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding WallPerk. Liconte LLC is responsible for other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to an applicable warranty.
Product claims. Liconte LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to WallPerk or your possession or use of it, including product-liability claims, claims that WallPerk violates legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer-protection, privacy, or similar laws.
Intellectual-property claims. If a third party claims that WallPerk or your possession or use of it infringes intellectual-property rights, Liconte LLC, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging that claim.
Legal compliance. You must comply with the representations regarding embargoes and restricted parties in Section 23.
Third-party terms. You must comply with applicable third-party agreements when using WallPerk.
Third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. After you accept these Terms, Apple has the right to enforce the Apple-specific provisions against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Developer contact. Questions, complaints, and claims about WallPerk should be directed to Liconte LLC using the contact information in Section 27.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in WallPerk, subscriptions, service providers, laws, security requirements, or business practices.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects your rights, we may provide additional notice inside WallPerk or by another appropriate method.
Changes apply prospectively from their effective date. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using WallPerk. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Miscellaneous
Entire agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any purchase terms displayed and accepted through the App constitute the entire agreement between you and Liconte LLC regarding WallPerk and replace prior discussions or agreements on the same subject.
Severability
If any provision is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or modified to reflect its purpose. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
No waiver
If we do not enforce a provision immediately, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written permission. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or operation of law.
No agency
These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, fiduciary, franchise, or agency relationship between you and Liconte LLC.
Headings
Section headings are provided for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
Electronic communications
You agree that notices and communications provided electronically satisfy legal requirements that communications be in writing, where permitted by law.
